Scope of Services:

Annual Inspection: Perform a thorough inspection of each Defibrillator to ensure it is in proper working order. This includes battery level check, electrode pad expiration, and overall operational status.

Maintenance: Replace any expired or faulty components, such as batteries, electrode pads, and other parts in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Testing & Calibration: Test the Defibrillator’s functionality to ensure compliance with local safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Software Updates: Update the software of the Defibrillator to the latest version.

Service record: After each service, the Service Provider will update the service record, including any repairs or replacements made, as well as the overall status of the device(s). The service record will be kept with the device and an archive copy will be maintained by the Service Provider.

Support: The Service Provider will provide support in the event the Defibrillator malfunctions, including troubleshooting, repair & temporary replacement, as needed.​

​Pricing:

​Our standard pricing is $299 (GST FREE), due annually post service. The annual fee covers one defibrillator, with an additional charge of $50 (GST-FREE) for each additional defibrillator. Please note; our pricing varies based on location, number of devices, and other factors. Please contact our team for an official quote.
