Scope of Services:

Inspection: We perform a thorough inspection of the defibrillator, cabinet, signage & prep-kit. This includes the electrode pad expiration, battery expiration, and overall operational status.

Biomedical Testing: We test your defibrillator’s functionality by running simulated heart rhythms through the device to ensure it is accurately analysing cardiac waveforms & advising the correct course of action. We also measure shock output (joules) to confirm it is within the correct range and test battery voltage to ensure optimal performance.

Maintenance: We replace any expired or faulty components, such as batteries, electrode pads, and other parts. This also includes repair or replacement of cabinets, signage & accessories where necessary. 

Software Updates: We update the software of the Defibrillator to the latest version.

Service record: After each service, we update the service record, including any repairs or replacements made, as well as the overall status of the device(s). A service record will be kept with the device and we maintain an archive copy of all services.

Compliance certificate: We issue a compliance certificate after every service and securely retain records for the life of the device.

Label the device: The device will be labelled as compliant, clearly stating the next service due date & our contact details for any enquiries. 

Support: We provide ongoing support between services. In the event of a defibrillator malfunction, our team is available to troubleshoot and provide expert guidance to keep your defibrillator operational.​
